Just be carful as you will fall in love of that place and wish to come back, again and again! At least to enjoy this magical atmosphere.
There are many ways to book your stay:
-to find a trusted travel or real estate agency, that will arrange the trip for you;
-to find a booking website (like Airbnb, Booking.com, Homeaway etc.) and make all by yourself;
-to do it in direct with the villa-owning company, that will arrange the trip for you.
Each way is right and has it’s own positive and negative sides, as well as many similarities. Today, we will talk about the most direct way to get a Thailand villa for rent.

At first, you will need to choose your destination. One of the most popular travel destinations in Thailand are Phuket, Hua Hin, Chiang Mai, Ko Phangan with Ko Tao, and the Luxurious Koh Samui.
Our choice is Koh Samui Island, as it has a great climate, with the lowest quantity of rains. The Island is well developed, as well as big enough to keep some wild sides. Easy accessible, only 1h from Bangkok by plane.
Koh Samui is also available by direct flight from Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur or Singapore. (Let’s just hope travel borders will be open soon).

Choose your area. We recommend the area between Fishermen village and Maenam. Fisherman village is well known for it’s hospitality, there’s many tasty addresses to visit and the atmosphere is relaxed and trendy.

Choose the dates you wish to book and put all your details in the form.

Wait for a message from the Booking manager.
Send all the details of your request, including info about Kids traveling with you (age). Feel free to talk about your activities requests or plans for the holiday. The booking manager will help you to arrange your stay.

After you’ve done the bank transfer, send the payment confirmation to the booking manager. Wait for a final confirmation.
7.
Send all the details of your flight to the booking manager 1 week before your arrival. Villa Orca Samui includes a free of Charge airport Pick-up in the rates.
The Driver will welcome you with a Welcome Board with your name. Only 5-15 minutes by car and you are at the Villa.

Unpack you luggage and enjoy your stay!
