Villa Orca is arranged over two floors with 360 square meters of total living space, housing the uniquely designed, open-plan 150 square meter lounge with an impressive six meters high teak-beamed ceilings.
The entire width of Villa Orca incorporates a grand open-plan living area that includes the kitchen, dining and sumptuous lounge area, and is fronted by floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors leading onto the magnificent terrace.
Three well-appointed bedrooms, to the standard of a Master Bedroom, are located on the main and upper floor of the main house, each with sea view and its own terrace. The Jungle Suite and its 70 sqm offer a private haven with views towards the jungle surrounding Villa Orca.

This bedroom is also upstairs and overlooks the ground floor lounge area. The six-meters feature ceiling provide uninterrupted seaview. The bedroom has a private balcony to the rear with two sunbeds to soak up those tropical rays.

Bedroom 4, Garden View
(The Jungle
Suite), Access Via a Pathway
The suite is located below the pool terrace area and is accessed down easy steps alongside the house. It is perfect as a family suite with its king size bedroom and its sofa bed in the adjacent living room. The Suite occupies 70 square metres of cool and breezy space. Close off the main bedroom, bathroom and dressing room and you still have a sofa bed, children’s bed area, lounge, additional toilet and outside patio with a lounge area.

Bedroom 5, Garden View
(The Bali Suite)
The Bali Suite is a standalone bungalow that can be included as part of the main residence. Due to its private entrance and interior, it can also be rented separately. The Bali Suite comes complete with a secluded garden, its own plunge pool and deck, kitchenette, dressing room, en–suite bathroom and a gorgeous tropical garden view.

All Bedrooms Feature
All bedrooms have King-size beds with gorgeous crisp linen plus a sofa bed,
work-desk areas, ceiling fans, hidden air-conditioning, 55cm smart TV, a safe,
minibar and Nespresso coffee machine. Each of the black marble stone bathrooms is a delight to behold with twin sinks, rain showers and a bathtub (except in The Bali Suite).

Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own en–suite bathroom designed with black marble stone. A genuine strike in style between the material creates the various patterns used across. All bathrooms feature a rain shower, twin sinks, and a bathtub (except in Bedroom 3 and The Bali Suite).
